Description :

The apostle Paul is one of the most influential figures in early church history. His sacrificial life and profound writings have shaped both the church and biblical theology for centuries.

Once a zealous persecutor of the church, Paul experienced a dramatic conversion after encountering the risen Christ on the road to Damascus. This encounter transformed him into a humble servant of Christ with an unwavering mission to spread the gospel throughout the Roman Empire. Driven by his passionate love for Jesus, Paul’s ministry reached countless lives—Jews, Gentiles, governors and kings—as he shared his powerful testimony and the grace of Christ.

Impact of Paul’s Life offers an in-depth study of the Acts of the Apostles and Paul’s 13 letters, which make up more than half of the New Testament. Remarkably, Paul’s writings were used by the early church even before the four Gospels were circulated.

Follow Paul’s epic five missionary journeys through Cyprus, Asia Minor, Greece, Malta and Spain, and learn about the trials he faced, including multiple imprisonments and his ultimate martyrdom in Rome in AD 64.

Discover the depth of Paul’s character, the resilience of his faith in Christ, and the enduring impact of his teachings. His legacy continues to inspire and challenge believers in Christ today through his powerful testimony of transformation, purpose, steadfast action and deep devotion.

“In this book, Rev Alfred Yeo provides, with his usual warm pastoral touch, a chronological survey of Paul’s life and ministry based on New Testament records. It is a helpful resource for anyone who wants to understand the impact of Paul in Christian thought and history.”
—  Bishop Emeritus Dr Robert M Solomon, The Methodist Church in Singapore
