Engaging children in a digital age

Children are not the easiest to engage, especially in a time where tablets and smartphones are widely used to keep them occupied. But research has shown that inducting them into the digital world at such a young age may prove detrimental to their attention spans in the long term. Of course, there are many educational and enriching videos online that can entertain and engage your child. However, the parent-child relationship and time spent together is still one of the most valuable & effective ways to stimulate their thinking & ground them on Christian truths that matter. 

What you can do for your kid

Your child is a gift from God. There is no greater joy than to see him/her receive the same gift of salvation and hope as you have received from God. Why not help him/her to be rooted in the teachings of the Word at an early age?

“I have no greater joy than to hear that my children are walking in the truth.” (3 John 1:4)

Every child benefits greatly from reading, especially with parents doing so together with them.
