Take an indepth journey through the seven doctrines (God, Humanity, Revelation, Christ, Salvation, Sanctification and Church) to help us understand theology and doctrine in such a way that we will be able to search the Scriptures and back up our beliefs.
We read Scripture so God will transform our lives. We read so we'll trust our Savior more fully, preserve unity amongst God's people, guard sound doctrine, know how to love and serve our brothers and sisters. - Jeremy Kimble.
1 Blessed is the one who does not walk in step with the wicked or stand in the way that sinners take or sit in the company of mockers, 2 but whose delight is in the law of the LORD, and who meditates on his law day and night. 3 That person is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither—whatever they do prospers. Psalms 1:1-3
The Bible is a unified and progressively unfolding drama—the story of God's intention and work to redeem and restore what He has made. Often, we use the Bible for what we want instead of allowing God to form and shape us according to what He wants. God intends the Bible to be the framework to guide us to live, relate and work in this world.
