Guest Users: You will be able to transact on our webstore without logging in. You will be prompted to provide your email and contact details, so that you can receive email confirmations & receipts relating to your order. You will, however, not be able to track the status of your orders online without an account.
Registered User: Your order details, order shipments and invoices will be available for retrieval when you are logged into your account. You will be able to track the status of your orders, look at your purchase history, and make quick reorders as well. You will automatically be upgraded to member status with your first purchase of a minimum cart order of $10 to enjoy special membership benefits, e.g. regular discounts, birthday discounts, MM rewards etc. on your subsequent purchases. Your default billing & shipping addresses will be recorded for ease of future transactions.
Privilege Members: You enjoy Privilege Members discounts of 15% all year round, and birthday discounts of 25% during your birth month both at our webstore and Cru Centre physical store. Check below for details on membership and privileges.

If you have made your purchase as a guest user (i.e. did not create an account with us) and have not received any email confirmations, do check your email spam folder, verify your paypal account or credit card history to confirm that the transaction has indeed been processed. Alternatively, you may drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org for enquiry.

We provide free local delivery for all purchases to addresses in Singapore except for restricted zones such as the Changi Airfreight Center, Jurong Island, PSA Terminals etc. Charges relating to overseas orders are estimates and may vary significantly depending on the size of actual parcel and delivery address. We reserve the right to request for top up of any shortfall from the actual postal charge or provide a full refund should we not receive payment for the top up request within 5 to 10 business days.
For local delivery, do allow about 5 to 15 business days for the orders to reach you. Local delivery will be made via SingPost, or door to door delivery during normal business hours.

Refunds & Returns
We reserve the right to refund any items which are out-of-stock or being restocked and will do so within 30 days of order. Goods ordered are not refundable nor exchangeable otherwise. Promotional items may have slight imperfections and are strictly not entitled for exchanges. We are not liable for any damages which may occur during shipping.

Sadly, no. Our online store is running on a different system from our In-store system and thus cannot provide the same discounts and promos that you see online.
Sadly, no. Our staff would have to process all the relevant information before shipping out and hence no In-store pickup is currently available.
Local deliveries are handled by Singpost, as such we estimate for about 5 - 15 business days for the orders to reach you. We apologise in advance if there are delays at Singpost.
