"I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship." Romans 12:1

Jesus died for us…, a dead sacrifice, the Lamb of God. On the third day, He passed from death to life, He arose from a dead sacrifice to a living sacrifice demonstrating to us that we too can be living sacrifices!

When Jesus died, darkness fell over the land, the sacrifice God made to honor His promises. With Jesus rising from the dead, we are brought from darkness into the light. From Death to Life!

In light of this Lent season leading up to Easter, we are reminded of God's gift of the Lamb to save the world. Prepare our hearts now to offer ourselves as living sacrifices as we submit to His will for us and celebrate what God has done for humanity--a day of joy on Easter Sunday.
