Though in retirement, Rev Dr Alfred Yeo Chee Heng has continued to labour for the Lord. Applying his knowledge and experience acquired over a lifetime of ministry, the veteran Methodist pastor has written a series of books with themes ranging from Noah’s Ark, the various kings who reigned over Israel and Judah, to the life and teachings of Jesus Christ. The books are packed with details oftentimes missed by the casual reader. That feature is itself of great value, but Rev Yeo’s higher aim in writing these books is that those who read them may gain more, namely, a deeper comprehension of the meaning of the biblical text.
